Postage And Packaging

UK and Overseas postage and packaging charges will be advised. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

Please allow up 7 days from receipt of order for products in stock. Costume made items will be negotiated. Lucy-Ann does not guarantee delivery for any specific time or date, therefore we cannot be held liable for any loss or inconvenience experienced as a result of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Return Policy

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations under the UK law, an order can be cancelled within 7 days of the day before the receipt of goods. Cancellations after this time may be possible at the discretion of Lucy-Ann.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase for an exchange as full refund cannot be provided on hand crafted items. It is the customer's responsibility for the product to be in the same condition when returned as when it was posted originally. Postage costs will also be the customer's responsibility.

All our products are handmade one piece at a time. It is therefore quite difficult if not impossible to make identical items. This is what makes each piece of a handmade product charming & unique.
